Jedidiah ~aka~ Jedi

Sweet little Jedidiah is the son of an old friend of mine from wayyy back in the day when I was a waitress at TGI Friday’s about 12-13 years ago!!! Jed was born 9 weeks early  and he was diagnosed with a Congenital Heart Defect called Tetrology of Fallot when he was 3 days old.  Jed had corrective heart surgery and spent 5 weeks recovering at Mott Children’s Hospital. It was a scary time for Jed’s family and friends as we all prayed and waited and prayed some more for a full recovery. Jed has recovered well from his surgery and had his first photo session last week at home!!! He was a ham for the camera, such a sweet little guy who seems happy to just chill at home with Mama and flirt with visitors. :) I am looking forward to watching (and photographing) Jedi grow into a happy and healthy boy thanks to the Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses at Motts (& the power of prayer!) Here are a few of my favorites of this tough little cookie!
